Peach Pie Cruffins – Flaky, Fruity & Irresistible

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup peach pie filling (or fresh peaches tossed with sugar & cinnamon)

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting





Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with baking spray.



2. Prepare Dough

Roll out the crescent dough into a rectangle.

Brush lightly with melted butter.



3. Add the Filling

Spread a thin layer of peach pie filling across the dough.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.



4. Roll & Cut

Roll dough tightly from the long edge into a log.

Slice into 6 equal pieces and place each slice cut-side up in muffin tin.



5. Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.



6. Serve & Enjoy

Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.

Best enjoyed warm with a drizzle of icing or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
