Cajun Pasta AdminonMarch 20, 2025March 20, 2025Leave a Comment on Cajun Pasta Ingredients8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)2 tbsp olive oil1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined1 bell pepper, sliced1 onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup heavy cream1 tbsp Cajun seasoningSalt and pepper to tasteGreen onions for garnishDirectionsCook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink; remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until tender. Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; let simmer. Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
