2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

2. Cook the Chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Stir in the mushrooms and cook for another 3–4 minutes until they release their juices and start to brown.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Combine & Simmer:
Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Stir everything together.
Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and coats the chicken and mushrooms.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
