Hydrating Fruit Punch Recipe



Ingredients:

1 lemon (peeled and sliced or juiced)

2 cucumbers (peeled and chopped)

8 oz coconut water (fresh or store-bought)

½ pineapple (peeled and chopped)

Instructions:

Prepare the fruits:

Peel and chop the cucumbers.

Peel and core the pineapple, then chop it into chunks.

Peel and slice the lemon, or juice it if you prefer a smoother drink.

Blend:

Add the cucumbers, pineapple, and lemon (or lemon juice) to a blender.

Pour in the 8 oz of coconut water.

Blend until smooth.

For a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Chill & serve:

Pour into a glass or mason jar.

Serve cold, optionally with ice.

This drink is super refreshing and hydrating—perfect for hot days or post-workout recovery.
