Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Rolls



Ingredients

Dough:

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

3 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)

½ cup whole milk (warm, about 110°F)

¼ cup water (warm)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

Filling:

¾ cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Cream Cheese Frosting:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

4–6 crushed Oreo cookies (for mixing in or topping)

Instructions

1. Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix 2 ¼ cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add warm milk, water, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.

Add remaining flour gradually until a soft dough forms.

Knead for 5–7 minutes (by hand or stand mixer with dough hook) until smooth.

Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size.
