Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 lbs. potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Brown beef with onion and garlic.
- Add flour, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and simmer.
- Serve gravy over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
