Pineapple and Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (or any juice you like)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional, for tropical flavor)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit and you want it chilled)

  1. Add the pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, orange juice, and coconut milk to a blender.
