A quick, satisfying breakfast that’s crispy, cheesy, and packed with protein—made right in your air fryer!
Ingredients:
2 slices sandwich bread
2 eggs
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mixed)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
(Optional): butter, herbs, chili flakes, diced veggies
🔧 Instructions:
1. Prep the Toast
Flatten the center of each bread slice using the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle cheese around the edges, leaving a space in the middle.
Carefully crack an egg into each center.
2. Season
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional toppings (herbs, chili flakes, etc.).
3. Air Fry
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Place the prepared toast inside.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7–9 minutes, until egg whites are set.
4. Serve
Serve warm with hot sauce, ketchup, or avocado slices.
