Crustless Ham & Cheese Quiche


Start your morning with this simple, savory crustless ham and cheese quiche. Packed with protein and bursting with cheesy goodness, it’s an ideal make-ahead breakfast that’s both nutritious and satisfying. No crust means fewer carbs but all the flavor. Perfect for busy weekdays or relaxed weekend brunches!

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1 cup cooked ham, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or butter.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth.

Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and onions. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder; mix well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.

Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or refrigerate for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
