Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk (whole or 2%)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth.
