Christmas White Chocolate Peppermint Bark


Ingredients:

16 oz (450 g) white chocolate, chopped or chips

½ tsp peppermint extract

½ cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies

Optional: Dark chocolate drizzle for decoration


Instructions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between).


3. Stir in peppermint extract.


4. Spread melted chocolate evenly onto the parchment paper.


5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top, pressing them lightly into the chocolate.


6. Optional: drizzle with melted dark chocolate for contrast.


7. Chill in the fridge until firm (about 30 minutes), then break into pieces.
