Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.2. Add onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.3. Stir in tomato juice, tomato purée, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and pinto beans.4. Mix in chili seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.5.
