Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
1 small head of cabbage, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5–6 min). Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add shredded cabbage, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
5. Return chicken to the skillet, toss everything together, and heat through.
