Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Chunks


Sweet, creamy cheesecake bites topped with a crunchy strawberry layer — the ultimate dessert squares that disappear in minutes!

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Base:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract


For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

1 cup golden Oreos, crushed

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.


2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press firmly into the dish to form the crust.


3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Pour over crust.


4. Bake 35–40 minutes, until center is set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.


5. In a small bowl, combine crushed Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.


6. Once cheesecake is chilled, cut into chunks, then roll or top with strawberry crunch mixture.


7. Serve cold and enjoy creamy, crunchy perfection!
