- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix of oregano, basil, thyme)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs (adds a nice crunch)

Instructions:
