Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Mushrooms


Cheesy, spicy, and irresistibly delicious—these bite-sized mushrooms are the ultimate party appetizer! Perfectly golden and packed with creamy jalapeño filling. 🤤✨

📌 Ingredients:

Cooking spray

1 ½ tsp olive oil

8 mushrooms (stems removed & chopped, caps reserved)

1 jalapeño pepper (ribs & seeds removed, finely chopped)

1 garlic clove, minced

3 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Sea salt & black pepper to taste


🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.


2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté chopped mushroom stems, jalapeño, and garlic until softened.


3. In a bowl, mix sautéed veggies with cream cheese, cheddar, salt, and pepper.


4. Spoon the filling into mushroom caps and place on the baking sheet.


5. Bake 18–20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
