  1. 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  2. 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  4. A pinch of salt (enhances flavor, optional but recommended)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream
    In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. This takes about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Mix Condensed Milk, Vanilla & Salt
    In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Fold Gently

  4. Freeze
