Caramel Banana Pudding Cups
Ingredients
2 cups cold milk
1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)
½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions
1. Make the Pudding Base
In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).
Set aside in the fridge to chill.
2. Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
3. Combine Layers
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chilled pudding to make it extra creamy.
Save the other half for topping.
4. Assemble the Cups
In individual serving cups, layer vanilla wafers (or crushed graham crackers), banana slices, and a spoonful of pudding mixture.
Repeat the layers until the cup is nearly full.
5. Top & Finish
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and add an extra wafer or banana slice for garnish.
6. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavors can meld.
