Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Yield

10–12 servings

Time

~20 minutes

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix

1 cup milk (cold)

8 oz Cool Whip (or whipped topping)

1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes, halved

2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

2 bananas, sliced (add right before serving to avoid browning)

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the dry cheesecake pudding mix and milk, whisking until thick and fully combined.

2. Fold in Whipped Topping

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until light, fluffy, and smooth. This creates the “cheesecake” base.

3. Add the Fruit

Stir in strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple until evenly coated.

For bananas, slice and add just before serving to keep them fresh.

4. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend.

Serve cold, garnished with extra berries if desired.
