Caramel Banana Pudding Cups



Ingredients

2 cups cold milk

1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 box vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)

½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)





Instructions

1. Make the Pudding

In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).

Set aside in the fridge to chill.



2. Prepare Whipped Cream

In another bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Fold half into the pudding to make it extra creamy (save the other half for topping).



3. Assemble the Cups

In small serving cups, layer vanilla wafers (or crushed graham crackers), banana slices, and pudding mixture.

Repeat layers until cups are nearly full.



4. Finish

Top with whipped cream.

Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with an extra wafer or banana slice.



5. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
