Air Fried Apple Wedges with Caramel Whipped Cream



Ingredients

For the Apples:

3 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), sliced into wedges

1 tablespoon melted butter

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


For the Caramel Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)





Instructions

1. Prepare the Apples

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, toss the apple wedges with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until evenly coated.



2. Air Fry

Place apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until apples are golden and slightly crispy on the edges.



3. Make the Caramel Whipped Cream

In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in caramel sauce until combined and fluffy.



4. Serve

Arrange apple wedges on a plate.

Serve warm with a side of caramel whipped cream for dipping.

Drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
