4 large flour tortillas ½ cup ranch dressing 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Lay out a tortilla and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over it.
Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
3. Air Fry the Roll-Ups:
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Lightly brush the roll-ups with melted butter or spray with cooking spray.
Place them in the air fryer basket, seam-side down, without overcrowding.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve:
Let cool slightly before slicing or serving whole.
Serve with extra ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
