3 Honeycrisp apples, cored & diced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
1 tbsp honey
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
