Ingredients
4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
½ cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp lemon juice

—
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your oven broiler to high.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat.
Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell for even cooking.
Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Broil the Lobster
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Melt 2 tbsp of the butter and brush over the lobster meat.
Broil for 8–10 minutes, depending on size, until opaque and slightly browned.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining butter.
Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
4. Combine & Serve
Spoon creamy garlic butter sauce generously over broiled lobster tails.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of extra lemon if desired.
5. Enjoy
Serve with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or pasta to soak up the sauce.
