Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake

Ingredients

3 cups cooked ham, diced

1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve ¼ cup juice)


Sweet & Tangy Glaze

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

¼ cup reserved pineapple juice

½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for warmth)

Pinch of black pepper





Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a medium baking dish.



2. Mix the Glaze

In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, reserved pineapple juice, and cinnamon until smooth.



3. Assemble the Bake

Place diced ham and pineapple chunks in the baking dish.

Pour glaze evenly over the top and toss gently to coat.



4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until ham is caramelized and glaze is bubbly.



5. Serve & Enjoy

Garnish with parsley if desired.

Perfect with rice, roasted veggies, or as a holiday side dish.
