Carli’s Bee Cheese

ingredients:

* 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

* 6 oz butter, softened

* 2 tablespoons sherry

* 1 tablespoon horseradish

* 1 garlic clove, minced

* 2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley (optional)

instructions:

1. Grate the cheddar cheese .

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined .

3. Pack the mixture tightly into a cheese crock or jar .

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving .

5. Keeps for about 10 days in the refrigerator
