INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless & skinless (butterflied or pounded evenly if thick)

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS:
