Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob



Ingredients:

* 4 ears corn, husked
* ½ cup melted butter
* 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
* Salt & pepper to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Remove husks and silk from corn. Rinse and dry.
2. Mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush corn with garlic butter all over.
4. Grill: Cook on medium-high heat 10-15 min, turning often.
Or Bake: Wrap corn in foil, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 min.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on hot corn to melt.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
