Ingredients:

For the Burritos:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Avocado, diced
Black beans, drained and rinsed
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Flour tortillas
Sautéed bell peppers (optional)
For the Ranch Sauce:

Ranch dressing
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
For Garnish:

Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Lime wedges
Directions:

Prepare the Ranch Sauce:

Mix ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Assemble the Burritos:

Lay a tortilla flat and layer shredded chicken, diced avocado, black beans, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle with the prepared ranch sauce.
Roll the Burritos:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
