Condensed Milk Cake


Serves: 6–8 – Prep time: 10 min – Bake time: 35–40 min

Ingredients:

1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk

3 large eggs

1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

½ cup (115 g) melted butter


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a medium-sized cake pan.


2. Mix wet ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.


3. Add dry ingredients – Sift in the flour and baking powder, then gently mix until fully combined (don’t overmix).


4. Bake – Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


5. Cool and serve – Let the cake cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar.



Tip: For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract or top with shredded coconut before baking.
