Ingredients 1 lb ground chicken 1 onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 6 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces 2 cups baby spinach 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving Instructions In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Transfer the chicken mixture to your crock pot. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the pot. Stir to combine. Set the crock pot to low and cook for 4-5 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add the broken lasagna noodles and spinach. Stir well. Cook until the noodles are tender. Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
