Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs



Golden crusty bread filled with creamy, cheesy shrimp & crab goodness – the perfect party bite or indulgent snack!

Ingredients:

1 loaf crusty Italian bread

1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink & cooked (3–4 min). Chop into small pieces.

3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, crab meat, and shrimp. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

4. Hollow out the bread loaf (leave the bottom intact), stuff generously with the seafood mixture.

5. Brush the top with melted butter & extra garlic.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is melty.

7. Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized bombs. Serve warm!
