Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Crispy Chicken
Slice chicken breasts into strips or tender-sized pieces.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper).
Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to adhere.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Step 2: Make the Parmesan Fries
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Once out of the oven, toss immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 3: Assemble the Caesar Wraps
In a bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Lay a tortilla flat, place a generous amount of dressed lettuce in the center.
Add crispy chicken strips on top, and cherry tomatoes if desired.
Wrap tightly, folding in the sides.
