Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for flavor)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.


3. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.


4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.


5. Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 5 minutes of baking for a savory touch.
