  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)

🔹 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

    • Start by adding all the dry ingredients (flour, sugars, baking powder, salt).
    • Then pour in milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
    • Stir until just combined — don’t overmix (a few lumps are okay).
  3. Fold in your add-ins gently with a spatula.
  4. Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups (about ¾ full).
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

🔹 Optional Topping Ideas:

  • Sprinkle raw sugar on top for crunch.
  • Add streusel topping before baking.
  • Drizzle with glaze or melted chocolate after baking.
