- 3 medium carrots
- 7 eggs
- 200g canned ham (or cooked ham, diced)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200g canned peas (drained)
- 180g canned corn (drained)

- Carrots: Peel and boil the carrots until just tender (about 10–15 minutes). Once cooled, dice into small cubes.
- Eggs: Hard-boil the eggs (about 10 minutes in boiling water). Let them cool, peel, and chop them.
- Ham: Dice into small bite-sized cubes.
- Red bell pepper: Wash, remove seeds, and finely chop.

In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- Diced carrots
- Chopped eggs
- Diced ham
- Chopped red bell pepper
- Drained peas
- Drained corn

- 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
