Steak Bites: 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes 3 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp paprika
Mac & Cheese: 2 cups elbow macaroni 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 2 cups milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about a minute. Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously until smooth. Mix in the cheese and salt, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
3. Sear the Steak Bites: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Serve & Enjoy: Plate the mac & cheese and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Dig in!
