1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Heat olive oil/butter in a skillet. Add onion and cook until soft and golden.
3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, then fold and pinch the dough to seal — forming little “bombs.”
6. Place bombs seam-side down on the prepared tray.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of the bombs.
8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm — cheesy, garlicky, bite-sized heaven!
