Ingredients
For the Chicken
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill in a pan or on skewers over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring well.
Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thick and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
3. Combine & Serve
Add grilled chicken bites into the sauce, tossing to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
