Grilled Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce



# Ingredients:

• For the Chicken:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt and black pepper to taste

• For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

– 1 tbsp butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs (or fresh parsley)
– Salt and pepper to taste

• For Serving:

– 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
– 1 cup steamed broccoli
– Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

# Directions:

1. Marinate & Grill Chicken:
– Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
– Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

2. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
– In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
– Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Assemble the Bowl:
– Place cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
– Add steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
– Drizzle generously with garlic Parmesan sauce.
– Garnish with green onions (optional).
