High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken & Creamy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 lb potatoes, diced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix honey and BBQ sauce. Brush over chicken breasts and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy.
Serve the chicken with the creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes.
