Island Whirl

Ingredients:
For the Blue Layer (Blue Raspberry or Blue Lemonade):
• 1 cup ice
• ½ cup lemonade or coconut water
• ½ cup frozen pineapple
• A few drops of blue food coloring or natural blue spirulina powder
• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
For the Pink Layer (Strawberry Banana or Pink Guava):
• 1 cup ice
• ½ cup coconut milk or tropical juice
• ½ banana
• ½ cup frozen strawberries or guava
• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
For the Yellow/Orange Layer (Mango or Pineapple):
• 1 cup ice
• ½ cup orange juice or mango juice
• ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Toppings (Optional):
• Kiwi slices
• Pineapple leaves or mint
• Striped paper straws

Instructions:
1. Prepare each layer separately:
• Blend all ingredients for the blue layer until smooth. Pour into a bowl and freeze for 10-15 minutes to thicken slightly.
• Repeat for the pink layer, then the yellow/orange layer, freezing each between blends to help with layering.
2. Layer the slushie:
• In clear cups, spoon or pipe alternating layers of each flavor to create a swirl or rainbow effect. You can use a piping bag or spoon carefully for more control.
3. Garnish:
• Top with a slice of kiwi on the rim and a few pineapple leaves or mint for decoration. Insert a straw.
4. Serve immediately:
• Serve chilled on a hot day for a refreshing tropical escape.
