Italian Stromboli

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury pizza crust (or any pizza dough)

8 slices deli ham

10 slices Genoa salami

12 slices sandwich pepperoni

8 slices provolone (or mozzarella) – shredded cheese works too

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Optional: marinara sauce for dipping





Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches).



2. Layer the Fillings

Lay ham slices evenly on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Add salami, pepperoni, and cheese in layers.



3. Roll & Seal

Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log.

Pinch the seam and ends tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.



4. Brush & Season

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Brush all over the Stromboli.



5. Bake

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.



6. Serve

Slice into thick pieces and serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
