1 jalapeño, finely chopped (or sliced for extra kick)
⅓ cup crumbled bacon pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, season ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, jalapeño, bacon, and shredded cheddar until smooth. This will be your filling.
4. Take a spoonful of turkey mixture, flatten it in your hand, and place a small dollop of the filling in the center. Wrap the turkey mixture around the filling to form a bite-sized ball.
5. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the bites are cooked through and golden on the outside.
7. Serve warm — melty, spicy, cheesy goodness in every bite!
