Ingredients 2 oz white rum 2 oz pineapple juice 2 oz coconut cream 1 oz blue curaçao (for layering) ½ oz lime juice 1 cup ice cubes Edible glitter (optional, for a cosmic effect) Pineapple wedge (for garnish) Maraschino cherry (for garnish) Instructions In a blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into a glass. Add blue curaçao to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend again. Gently pour the blue mixture over the first layer to create a swirling galaxy effect. Sprinkle edible glitter for extra shimmer (optional). Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
