Ingredients: 1. 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced 2. 1 medium onion, sliced into rings 3. 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 4. 1/2 cup vinegar 5. 1/4 cup sugar 6. 1 cup water 7. 2 tsp salt 8. 1 tsp black pepper 9. 1/4 cup oil 10. 1 tsp chopped fresh mint (optional)
Directions: 1. Slice the cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes, then toss them in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, water, salt, pepper, and oil until the sugar dissolves. 3.
