Milk Pudding with Longan — super refreshing!



Ingredients:
*14 small jars (200ml in total)
* 1 can of longan in syrup
(Net Wt. 565g, drained wt. 230g)
* 2000ml water
* 2 pandan leaves
* 10g agar powder
* 250g sugar
* 1 can of evaporated milk (354ml) or coconut milk

Instructions:
1. Place the can of longan in the refrigerator to chill.

2. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, agar powder, and pandan leaves. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the evaporated milk and stir until fully dissolved.

3. Pour the mixture into small jars or cups. Refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours until set.

4. Top each pudding with chilled longans and a bit of the syrup.

5. Feel free to experiment with different fruits or flavorings. You can also add various toppings to suit your taste.
