russet potato’s cut in slices

This was so yummy and cheap! 3-4 russet potato’s cut in slices, brush with some butter, season with salt + pepper. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, add shredded cheese, green onion, and bacon on top (I used a few pieces of microwave bacon) – bake another 5 minutes. We dipped them in sour cream!
