Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza



Ingredients:

For the Pizza Base:

2 packages crescent rolls


For the Sausage Gravy:

1 package cooked sausage crumbles

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

Salt & black pepper, to taste


Toppings:

6 scrambled eggs (optional)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.


2. Unroll crescent rolls and press into the pan to form a crust. Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.


3. Meanwhile, prepare sausage gravy: In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Stir in flour, then slowly add milk, whisking until thickened. Season with salt & pepper.


4. Spread sausage gravy evenly over baked crust.


5. Top with scrambled eggs (if using) and shredded cheese.


6. Return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.


7. Slice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
