Spicy Mexican Sauce


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 red bell pepper

A handful of fresh dill and parsley

2 jalapeño peppers

2 dried red chilies

2 tablespoons hot sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Juice of 1 lemon

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon mustard

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste the sauce — adjust salt or other ingredients as desired.

Pour the sauce into a clean, sterilized jar.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week (if it lasts that long!).

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy this zesty, smoky sauce as a dip, salad dressing, or topping for tacos, grilled meats, or wraps!
