Tropical Sherbet Swirl


Ingredients:
2–3 scoops rainbow sherbet
1/2 cup pineapple juice (chilled)
1/4 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version)

Instructions:
Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice and coconut cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer or Swirl
Add scoops of rainbow sherbet into a tall glass or plastic cup. Pour the blended pineapple-coconut mix over the sherbet.
For a swirl effect, lightly stir or blend very briefly to create a marbled look.
Serve Immediately
Top with a straw and enjoy immediately while cold and refreshing.

Optional Add-ins:
A splash of lemon-lime soda for fizz
Frozen pineapple chunks for a thicker texture
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or paper umbrella for a fun touch
